I am a simple man - there is feta and then there are other cheeses.

I was going to say I never met a cheese I didn't like, but then I remembered those ones with the moldy blue veins in it. :tongueangry:

Agree with you sister. Blue cheese is disgusting

Me too. Blue cheese just tastes too moldy to be palatable. I don't know how people eat it.

Easy, it is like eating feta. I like it, goes well with buffalo chicken.

You have never tried 'Gorgonzola Dolce' ! Nobody has mentioned Normandy Camembert.

For the yummiest cheese pasta sauce: melt together knob of butter, spoonful sweet Gorgonzola,grated real Parmigiano, three spoonful single cream, four chopped leaves of fresh sage, your taste of pepper and salt; add to 'penne' pasta and die of pleasure..

Just don't do it too often. :)

I think cheese depends on the menu item. For me

By itself - feta

On burgers: Swiss or American although the American cheese tries to take over all the other flavors.

Philly Cheese Steak: provolone

Pizza: 4 cheese of course

Cold feta cheese on fresh, warm, toasted baguette.

In English, the Cheese is yellow, the Strawberries are red, the Cheeseboard is a light tan, the Table top is white, the slotted racked in the background is light brown.

But l can somewhat relate. ls something "aqua blue" or "aqua green" ?
