My grandfather wrote me a note after death

Assalam o alaikum.

My grandfather, who I was extremely close to, passed away in 2014 while abroad. When I was a child, he'd always give me notebooks, calendars and pens that he received from work. Here's something that's been bugging me for four long years, and I know it sounds crazy, which is why I decided to ask. A few days after he passed away, I was in his study (I used to be the only one allowed to touch his things :')), going through his notebooks sentimentally. I took one of those notebooks - one that he'd made a few lists in on the first few pages - and started using it to write letters to him about how I felt and stuff. One day, I left it in the living room and went to sleep. I don't remember if this was the same day I started writing or a few days later, but the next morning when I opened the notebook to write in it again, there was a sticky note on the inside cover that said "for Mahnoor" (that's my name) in his handwriting. I'm positive it wasn't there before. And he wouldn't give me a notebook he had already used.

So i was wondering, is it possible he actually put that note there after he died? I swear to Allah, I'm not making this up. Can the passed away interact with this world's objects like that? Or was I mistaken because I was so emotional at the time?

Thank you for your time. I'm sorry this was such a long question.

He probably kept that book for you and Imam Muhammad Al-Baqir a.s said: "Hearts have connections with hearts". So, that is why you got that book which he kept for you and Allah AWJ lead you to it probably your grandfather forgot to give it to you but Allah AWJ remembers everything and whatever you trust to Allah, Allah AWJ never forgets to give it back.

I also had similar incident, Once I got mentally ill and I did not believe anyone even my own Mom, but I was not in mind to control my emotions and used to fight her almost everyday because I never realized I was ill and in those days, I, sometimes, saw her tears flowing and then I get mild but next day, I begin to fight again, but on the next night, I saw my maternal grandmother whom I loved so much and she was sitting behind me such that her hair looked as if she had freshly taken bath and has come to meet me such that her hair still looked wet. She asked me: "Why are you so rude to my daughter?". She was so close to me in the world, so, I said her: "You do not know grandma, she is keeping secrets which I want to know and never telling me anything and she is very harsh". While my mother was crying in the dream, I just could not explain my feelings, as if we are so close but can never reach each other.

Sometimes, Allah AWJ brings things out of nowhere so that we may be relieved of our agonies and grief.
