I see yes, may be when he asked "Masdar", he meant source of that and @E.L King replied to it. And I watched it's translation it means that "Fear makes your actions perfect or improves action".

Google translate "عند الخوف يحسن العمل" says "eind alkhawf yuhsin aleuml" or "When fear improves work" but an Arabic speaker might disagree with that.
