House on mudered place

 Can we build house on the place where some got murdered.And that place is our from long time.Please reply ASAP

There  seems to be no plausible reason to suggest otherwise.

If the place is yours and the murder is not your fault, of course, you can do with it what you like.

I don't want to say that I am someone who knows everything but as from what I remember is, Imam Ali (3) said that every place will be a grave for the people, so if I live in Iraq or where ever, there surely have been a murder around. Like, in Hiroshima. There was murder in the whole city but you cannot abandon it. There won't be much land left.
