Israeli helicopters strike positions in Syria

Syria’s official SANA news agency, citing an unnamed military source, reported that Israeli military helicopters hit “three sites” in the border areas of Quneitra with anti-tank guided missiles.

It added that the aerial aggression, conducted “at 11 p.m. local time on Friday, lightly injured two people and sparked a fire in the wooded areas around the targeted positions.

Separately, the Israeli military confirmed the airstrikes in a statement, claiming that its choppers had hit several “observation positions and intelligence-gathering tools inside Syrian posts” in the Arab country’s southwest.

The tiny Persian Gulf kingdom has seen anti-regime protests over the past nine years. The major demand has been the ouster of the Al Khalifah regime and establishment of a just and conclusive system representing all Bahraini nationals.

Israel in message to Hezbollah: We didn’t intend to kill your fighter

In the message, which has been sent to the Lebanese movement through the United Nations, Israel has told Hezbollah that it was unaware that its fighters were in the area, the Lebanese Al-Mayadeen channel reported Saturday night.

Hezbollah has confirmed that it had received the messages, but has not provided any comment on the content.

The occupied territories have been overwhelmed by "fear and alertness” about the possibility of a retaliatory attack by Hezbollah after the popular organization announced the martyrdom of Ali Kamel Mohsen, one of its members, in Israel’s July 20 aggression on Damascus.

Israel’s military has taken a number of steps to increase preparedness after the announcement of Mohsen’s martyrdom, according to Press TV.

Eight civilians killed in blast of booby-trapped motorcycle in Syria's Ras al-Ayn

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Eight Syrian civilians, including women and children, were martyred and others were injured in a blast of booby-trapped motorcycle in Ras al-Ayn city, where terrorist groups affiliated to Erdogan’s regime are positioned, in Hasaka northeastern countryside.

Local sources told SANA reporter in Hasaka that a motorcycle parked in a vegetables market went off on Sunday morning as eight civilians, including women and children, were martyred and others sustained wounds some of them were serious, in addition to causing material damage to the locals’ properties.

Israeli forces detain five Palestinians in West Bank

In Hebron, occupation forces raided the town of Dura, where they detained two Palestinians -- who are ex-detainees in Israeli jails – after raiding and searching their homes.

Israeli troops also raided the city of Qalaqilia in the north of the West Bank, and detained three Palestinian young men after raiding and searching their homes.

Houthi official accuses Saudi aggression of plundering Yemen’s oil wealth, destroying its capabilities

Resistance countries has right to respond Israeli aggression

The Israeli army is also closing major roads and has asked residents to avoid unnecessary trips, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in Jerusalem al-Quds that the Tel Aviv regime is “in the midst of a complicated event.”

Last Monday, Syrian media reported a new Israeli aggression in which Israeli forces fired missiles from the Syrian Golan Heights, killing a member of the Hezbollah movement.

The Israeli missiles flew over the Syrian Golan Heights where they conducted raids around the capital, according to a Syrian military spokesman, and that the Syrian air defenses thwarted most of the missiles before reaching their targets and inflicted only “material losses.”

Egyptian battalions arrive at Yemen western coast, Arab countries fears Turkey's control Bab el-Mandeb Strait

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA):  A leader in ousted Hadi’s government in Taiz revealed that a number of Egyptian battalions had arrived western coast of Yemen.

Mo’en Abdulmalik’s, Prime Minister of fugitive Hadi’s government, concluded his visit to Cairo, where he signed an agreement give Egypt the right to a military presence in Yemen.

Abdo Noman al-Zuraqi, a leader of the so-called “resistance” in the southwestern countryside of Taiz, said the Egyptian battalions were transported aboard Saudi aircraft to Aden to support Tariq forces (loyal to Hadi) in Taiz.

Al-Zuraqi confirmed on Twitter that the third batch arrived on Thursday and transferred to Macha district.

A few days ago, Egypt summoned the fugitive Hadi to sign a secret agreements give Cairo the right to build military bases at Bab el-Mandeb Strait.

On last Sunday, Turkey announced its preparation for sending a military frigate to support its forces off the Yemeni coast, in a sign of Turkish entrance in Yemen like Libya.

Turkey has a major base on Somali coast near Yemen. This announcement comes after increasing tension between the pro-Brotherhood factions loyal to it and other factions loyal to the Saudi-Emirati alliance in Taiz overlooking Bab el-Mandeb.

US sanctions Syria President, his son

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The United States imposed new sanctions aimed at cutting off funds for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government.

Assad’s son, Hafez, was among four people and 10 entities, including a Syrian army unit, targeted by Washington.

“More sanctions will follow as part of a sustained campaign of economic and political pressure to deny (Damascus) the resources it uses to wage war against the Syrian people,” the White House said in a statement, Reuters reported.

Syria was already subject to US and European Union sanctions that have frozen assets of the state and hundreds of companies and individuals. Washington also bans American export and investment in Syria, as well as transactions involving oil and hydrocarbon products.

Wednesday’s action marks the second round of sanctions imposed by Washington under the so-called “Caesar Act”, which can freeze the assets of anyone dealing with Syria, regardless of nationality, and cover many more sectors.

Israeli jets launch fresh air raids in Gaza Strip

The attacks have targeted west of Deir al-Balah city, a report by RT Arabic said.

Syrian air defenses respond to fresh Israeli aggression

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Syrian air defenses have responded to the Israeli military’s Monday night aggression against the Arab country’s army positions, state media reports.

A Syrian military source says Israeli helicopters launched a missile aggression on some military points in Syria’s Quneitra governorate, causing several material damages, Syria’s official news agency SANA reported.

According to the report, the Israeli copter attack took place at 10:40 pm on Monday in the al-Qahtaniyah region of Quneitra, and the losses were restricted to material damages.

The Israeli military has also acknowledged the attacks, saying its fighter jets, attack helicopters and other aircraft were involved in the latest aggression.

It claimed that the targets included “observation posts and intelligence collection systems, anti-aircraft artillery facilities and command and control systems" in Syrian army bases.

Tel Aviv says the Monday raid was launched in response to a Sunday incident near the border between the occupied Palestinian territories and Syria, during which the Israeli military reportedly killed four men, claiming that they were planting explosives.

Israeli military spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus told reporters on Monday that the men "were inside Israeli territory but beyond the fence" separating the Israeli-occupied sector of the Golan Heights and the Syrian part of the territory.

Saudi aggression launches nearly 600 air attacks on Yemen during July

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The US-Saudi aggression committed a significant escalation during July, as it launched nearly 600 air attacks, on various Yemeni governorates, half of which were launched on Marib Governorate.

This was confirmed by a military source, on Sunday, saying in a press statement: "The US-Saudi aggression launched 598 raids during July on a number of governorates and border districts, and half of them targeted Marib Governorate."

The aerial aggression committed several war crimes against the citizens, including the massacre in Sa’adah on the second of July, in which a child and an elderly woman were killed , and six others were injured, including children.

On July 13, it targeted a house in Hajjah Governorate, killing 10 civilians, the majority of whom were women and children, while two others were wounded.

Less than two days later, it committed a massacre against a women’s wedding party in Al-Jawf Governorate, killing 9 people, including two women and a child, and 7 others were wounded, 5 children and two women.

This military escalation and its war crimes against civilians comes amid the talk of the Saudi Arabia and the UAE about supporting the United Nations efforts to bring peace to Yemen.

Two Palestinian prisoners on hunger strike in Israeli jails

The Palestinian Prisoner Society (PPS) said Khalil Abu Aram, one of the duo, was held at a prison in the city of Ashkelon, the Palestinian Information Center reported on Monday.

Israeli authorities have deliberately procrastinated in allowing Abu Aram to meet his son Ahmad, who has been in administrative detention since September 2019 in Negev Prison.

Abu Aram, in jail since 2002 and serving a life sentence, has not seen his son for several years.

Separately, the Palestinian Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission said Maher al-Akhras had been on hunger strike for eight days in protest at his arbitrary detention.

Akhras was reportedly kidnapped by Israeli troops last month from his home in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin.

An Israeli military court extended his detention on July 30 for another six days under the pretext of giving Israel’s domestic spy service Shin Bet more time to interrogate him.

On Sunday, dozens of Palestinian citizens participated in a solidarity sit-in outside Akhras’ home, denouncing Israel’s arbitrary detention policy.

Open-ended hunger strike has become a means of attacking Israel’s detention policies employed by Palestinian prisoners in recent months.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Hezbollah’s political aide Hussein Khalil revealed details regarding the role that Syria played in supporting Hezbollah during the July 2006 war against Israel.

In a television interview on Al-Manar TV, Khalil pointed out that “the Syrian Army provided military supplies to the resistance during the days of the July war,” stressing that “President Bashar al-Assad is a key partner in the victory over Israel, and his position is absolutely unforgettable.”

He pointed out, “the Syrian army opened its warehouses and sent all the quality weapons to the resistance, where Major General Mohammed Suleiman, who was subsequently assassinated, supervised the transfer of these weapons. In the last days of the war, especially in the Israeli Merkava tank massacre.”

Khalil revealed a message sent by President Bashar Al-Assad to Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, delivered by Major General Assef Shawkat, who was assassinated at the beginning of the Syrian crisis, as the letter confirmed the Syrian Army’s readiness to move towards the front if the resistance deems it appropriate, even if it is forced to move towards the western Beqa’a.

UN, Saudi to blame if stranded oil tanker explodes: Ansarullah

The Movement’s spokesman, Mohammed Abdul-Salam, rejected claims by Saudi Arabia and United Nations that Yemeni forces prevent UN teams from visiting the stranded oil tanker.

He said Yemen has repeatedly called for the assessment of the tanker, but the demands have been rejected.

He made the comments in reaction to a warning by a number of UN experts who said the ship may cause a humanitarian crisis or even a massive blast, blaming Ansarullah for it situation.

Abdul-Salam slammed the United Nations for its inaction against years of Saudi bombing and blockade on Yemen.

Salam warned that the amount of ammonium nitrate stored in Aden is almost twice the amount that blew up the Lebanese capital of Beirut on Tuesday.

Yemen’s Al Masirah TV quotes Tariq Salam as saying that the chemicals have been confiscated by the Saudi-led coalition forces and stored in the Aden port, but have been abandoned and now endanger the lives of citizens in case of explosion.

The storage of such a huge ammonium nitrate cargo in Aden port is much more challenging and dangerous than Beirut, as it is being stored close to residential areas, and that Aden is currently a scene of infighting among coalition forces, he said.

Bahraini prisoners go on hunger strike to protest rights abuses

Fateel expressed regret that restrictive measures and rights abuses have increased in the run-up to the lunar calendar month of Muharram, when Shia Muslims commonly engage in mourning rituals to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (عليه السلام), the third Shia Imam and the grandson of Prophet Mohammad ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)).

Bahrain al-Youm added that the prisoners had taken several measures of protest before the hunger strike, but all to no avail.

In addition to being deprived of practicing religious rituals, the striking prisoners complain about medical negligence, which has resulted in the spread of many diseases.

Hezbollah downs Israeli drone in south Lebanon

In a statement issued late Saturday, Hezbollah Media Relations Office announced that the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has downed an Israeli drone over the border town of Ayta Al-Shaab.

“The drone is now in the hands of Islamic Resistance fighters,” the statement added.

Israeli occupation army confirmed a drone was downed in south Lebanon, but added there “was no concern of information being leaked.”

Sayyed Nasrallah: Hezbollah fights will never be limited to Lebanon’s border

Bomb blast targets US military convoy in Baghdad

Yemen's DM: Coming days carry many surprises, defeats to aggressive coalition

Four Palestinians killed after Israeli airstrike on Gaza

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Israeli military’s jet fighters have struck several positions in the eastern part of the besieged Gaza Strip, killing four and injuring at least one other Palestinian.

The four Palestinians killed on the Monday have been identified as Iyad Jamal al-Jidi, Muataz Amir al-Mubid, Yahya Fareed al-Mubid and Yaaqoub Zaydieh.

The Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas, says the four were killed in a blast during “preparations to remove the criminal entity from our occupied land.”

The explosion which killed the four guys has apparently taken place at a Palestinian Islamic Jihad military compound in the northern Gaza City neighborhood of Shejaiya.

Israeli officials have denied any connection to the killing, claiming that the four have died while working on developing a bomb to be used against the occupiers.

The first casualties had been reported by the Israeli TV channel i24 News, which said at least one Palestinian had been killed and five others injured.

Israel forces fire phosphorous shells at Lebanon’s southern border

Lebanon’s al-Manar television channel announced late on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation forces had fired phosphorus bombs at Lebanese territories in the southern towns of Houla and Mays al-Jabal.

Witnesses also said Israel had fired dozens of illumination flares at border villages in southern Lebanon over what the regime claimed was a "security-related incident.”

Israeli media initially said the firing was amid concerns over a possible infiltration near Kibbutz Menara in the Upper Galilee area, located near the Lebanese border and the Israeli-occupied side of Golan.

The firing of more than 30 flares was followed by orders compelling Israeli settlers in five communities to stay at home.

Israel's Channel 12 television network confirmed the report and underlined that the incident took place “as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was on vacation in the north.”

The Lebanese media also said Israeli aircraft had been spotted after violating the country’s airspace in the south.

Roadside bomb strikes US-led coalition convoy in Iraq

The explosion took place on Sunday evening when a convoy of vehicles of Iraqi companies contracted with the coalition was moving along a highway linking the provincial capital city of Samawah, located 280 kilometers (174 miles) southeast of Baghdad, to Diwaniyah city in the neighboring al-Qadisiyyah province, Iraq's Security Media Cell announced in a statement.

US blocked official website of Iraq's al-Nujaba

According to the Communication and Media Affairs Centre of al-‎Nujaba in Iran, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California blocked and confiscated alnujaba.com, the movement’s website, under the command of the Department of Justice as a part of Washington’s sanctions policy against al-Nujaba.

Another US convoy smuggles Syrian oil to Iraq

UAE carries out the first military parade in Yemen's Socotra

The Emirati force-funded Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia carried out on Tuesday a military parade in Socotra Island, according to sources.

The sources affirmed that the parade organized at the headquarters of the First Marine Corps Brigade, after the brigade joined the STC Brigades during the first half of this year 2020.

The sources indicating that the chief in the STC branch in Socotra, Raafat al-Thaqali, attended the military parade, which came in conjunction with the October 14 Revolution.

In 2019, the STC militia took control of the city of Hadibo of Socotra province, with the complicity of the Saudi forces, following their withdrawal from the security points locating at the entrances to the city.

Israeli occupation authorities renews demolition order to 13 Palestinian homes in Silwan

Israeli regime police kidnap three Palestinians in Al-Quds

According to local sources, police forces kidnaped a young man called Mamza al-Julani from his home in Bab Hitta neighborhood of the Old City of Jerusalem.
