Rare Super Blood Moon Total Eclipse: How to See It

A full moon, harvest moon, super moon, and total eclipse of the moon—this one has it all.
On the evening of September 27 [2015], three separate lunar events converge. The total eclipse coincides with the full moon nearest the fall equinox, known as the harvest moon. What's more, the moon is at its closest approach to Earth for the year, making it also a supermoon or perigee moon. That’s why it's being coined by some as a Super Harvest Blood Moon—

The meadowlark is such a beautiful bird with yellow vest and black V shape. The meadowlark makes it's nest on the ground in treeless areas, which makes me think it is so brave, to fight off predators because the nest is not high up in a tree.

I have a mockingbird that lives outside my second bedroom. He/she changes the sound after every chirp. One time I heard him imitating the sound of a cicada bug! This video on youtube shows a mockingbird singing:

If a picture paints a thousand words then a video is priceless.

Would you like to watch virtual reality in Rocky Mountain National Park? This is a short lesson on geology in Colorado.

http://apps.npr.org/rockymountain-vr/

Click BEGIN to choose 360°desktop mode. To view by phone click the VR MODE.

After you watch the lesson, click on "MORE 360° SCENES." You can swipe or click and drag to view all 360° of the site while listening to the sounds around you. The site recommends headphones, but I listened without them.

A white (albino) humpback whale in Australia was spotted several times since 2011 near Gold Coast, Queensland. This rare video from last year has been viewed 8.5 million times.

Beautiful photos of the Supermoon are posted on the Internet. This is one that I saw on Twitter yesterday. Somewhere in South Africa.

When you live on the coast the meteorologist will talk about the temperature on the coast and further inland. The fishing expert on the radio will mention the high tides and low tides which might be important for some people. Last month I heard about a fog bow that he saw at the pier. I had never heard of a fog bow, so today I finally looked it up. It's fog in the shape of a bow. Similar to this pic:
