Book review and recommendations

My vacations have just begun and I've planned to make it productive by reading good books both Islamic and fiction, so I'd love it if you all can help me by recommending some excellent books.

And also, I am planning to read books by nadia hashmi and jenny nordberg, what are your reviews on their books?

State your preferences in literature. What sort of books or genres you prefer, what is your previous experience of reading literature, so people can offer useful suggestions.
