Salaaam alaikum

I sometimes travel out of town ans have to catch the bus before fajr salat. I was wondering can i during this time pray fajr before the prescribed time due to my special circumstance or not. Not sure if praying in the bus is an option as not sure if its clean and the direction of the qibla

Kindly advice

No you can't pray before the allotted time instead of during the time. You can pray on the bus and guess the direction of qibla, and modify ruku and sujood as needed for restricted movement.

alaykum salam ITs fine to pray at a dirty place. YOur issue is if the place is tahir in which case everything is tahir until you know its najis. So your good there. Ask or try to find out the qiblah. Try to stop somewhere or something then pray there quick. You can cut things out of the prayer. Like no need for sami allahu liman hamidah just stand and go to sujood and finish the tasleem with asalamu alaykum warahmatullahee wabarakatu only. there are other mustahabat you can cut to make it quicker like no need to do athan and iqama  those are only recommended though highly recommended but you don't need to worry about them in your situation. Also in terms of praying in a bus check with your marja about the rules in regards to praying in a moving object that might help you out I think that is fine the only problem is the way the bus moves might make you deviate from qiblah my recommendation is to stop somewhere like on the street do a quick fajr by cutting stuff out then taking another bus.

You need to figure out a way to pray between the time fajr starts till right before it ends. Worse case scenario, pray in the bus.

Thank you brother

But it may not always be easy.

Someone mentioned "pray in the bus."

But what happens if the person passes air as soon as the bus leaves and it is not possible to do wudu again,

I think there are many exception cases.

@Hassan Y Are you sure there are no relaxations in cases like these?  Some time back I travelled like this for a more than a year. Left my house before fajr to get to my place of work and came back home after or around maghrib. There was no place to pray at work.  Sometimes I did qadha for all prayers after isha but it was difficult to do so everyday, more so because the rulings of qasr didn't apply to me(because of daily travel)  and I had to pray full qadha. I missed quite a few prayers during those days. :(((

Yes I'm sure, prayer always comes first before anything unless you're dying or something. There's always a way to find time to pray. There were days where I would pray in the bathroom at work because there was literally no other place to pray.

In that case they should still perform their prayers, than repeat it qada when they go home.
