As-salaam mulaikum,

As per the request of Yukapuka, I ask the moderators to delete the following Accounts and All the Posts associated with them:

Yukapuka

Yukapuka2

Herenow477

This is the main account He wants deleted: http://www.shiachat.com/forum/profile/68224-yukapuka/content/?type=forums_topic_post&page=34

Everything he wrote is his intellectual property and he does not want it on that forum anymore to be available to the public or to be on that website. If the moderators dont do this, then he will pursue legal action against them for sharing his intellectual property without his permission.

Please kindly accept this request and take action.

Thank you.

ShiaChat does not delete all the posts of an account, especially the posts by previously banned members. Instead of threatening legal action you should have simply sent a PM to one of the Admins.

Hameedeh: Yuka is saying that he has been trying to contact them and have sent them messages through the website, and even opened a new account to try to talk to them, but no one responded to his messages or emails.

He is also saying that yukapuka account was not banned but unregistered.

Why do you guys still want to keep those posts?

Can I request the admins to send me their email and i can forward it to yuka so he can talk with them by himself.

The website official email is at the bottom of the home page. I don't think a person even needs to log in to see it.

But things that a person chooses to do or say in public can't be unsaid or undone.

Notme: He did send many messages through the contact us button and he even made an account to tell them that he is doing so, but his account was again deleted.

Can not the moderators give an email so at least there is communication.

Nobody is going to give a repeatedly banned member their personal email address. That's just crazy.

Most likely the administrator reviewing the "contact us" messages determined the messages to be of low priority. Maybe he determined that no response was warranted.

Why do they want to keep the posts of a repeatedly banned member?

notme: Can you tell the admins to make a temporary email at gmail or hotmail so communication can happen and after that they can request the account to be deleted.

Yukapuka is also saying that If the issue is not solved in this world, then it will be solved on Judgement Day as he is on the right.

Salam Race,

Anything a person writes that doesn't break Shiachat rules or government laws does not have to be deleted, regardless of one's opinion on the matter.

I'm not sure in which country Shiachat is predominantly located, but as far as I know, there are no laws in either Canada or the USA that force discussion forums to delete posts that don't break government laws.

So, if Yukapuka is located either in Canada, the USA, or a Western nation, he cannot force Shiachat to delete his posts via law.

As for Judgement Day, each person is responsible for what they themselves say and do, both in secret and in public.

Shiachat does not force members to write. Shiachat is not responsible for the posts which do not break its rules or government law. (Shiachat is responsible to delete posts that break the law, however, such as child pornography. This is in line with Shiachat's rules, since no pornography of any kind is allowed, and is rightly deleted, with the member who posted it being banned.)

Many people wish to delete different Youtube videos or Facebook posts, or other public medias. However, they cannot prosecute people who keep them up, unless it breaks government law. (For example, a video of a person yelling at somebody does not break any law, so a person who posts such a video doesn't have to take it down; it's a part of freedom of speech and freedom of press.)

That's why it's incredibly important for people to be careful what they say, write and do. Many are not easily deleted, especially if it's not against the law.

Peace and God bless you

Did I just read that someone has threatened to sue SC? LOL yeah good luck with that.

Salam 2113,

Lol!!! That's exactly what I thought! :) My sister is a lawyer, and she would just laugh and laugh if anybody came to her office wanting to sue a discussion forum for keeping posts which don't break government law! :) That would highly amuse her!

Peace and God bless you

Yukapuka is saying that if you guys dont want to delete my posts, then this is his last message:

I swear that i will not forgive them for this and on judgement day i will seek full reprimand that they get my evil deeds and i get their good deeds due to them trampling on my rights. They claim to be shia hence they will be judged by Islamic law and Islamic law respects a persons right to their property and to protect from publicly humiliating a person and talking about a person behind their back without them being able to defend themselves is haram , so as soon as they blocked me they have to remove my posts as i am not there anymore and banned and do not wish to ever return. They talk about me publicly while blocking me from being able to defend myself, and despite that they have banned my accounts and deleted the other accounts and all the posts, they refuse to delete these which are all me also. i will invoke God's curse upon them every day and they can ignore it all they like but it will catch up with them when they least expect it, this i promise them.
