Forum Administrators Reza 11,142 Posted November 10, 2020 Forum Administrators Report Share Posted November 10, 2020 1. Trump did much better in the election than the polls predicted. Likely due to attraction to his message and/or rejection of cultural virtue signaling and confused messaging by Democrats. He won more total votes overall than last time, and improved in lots of voter groups. 2. If the coronavirus pandemic had not happened, or he handled it more seriously, he would have likely won. Unlike other issues where he can forcibly push a public relations narrative, a public health emergency is literally life and death, and requires competent, calm leadership ability, which he did not have. Numbers of dead couldn’t lie, and he couldn’t deflect from it, no matter how much he tried. 3. Trump is a show man and entertainer, who appealed to certain segments of people who wanted what he was selling. He has to be one of greatest con artists of all time, essentially conning and trolling his way into the presidency, only to be undermined by smaller inept con artists and opportunists in his inner circle. In terms of actual governing, he was extremely incompetent and amateurish, relying on corrupt advisors who pushed their ideological/personal agendas at the expense of his populist instincts and promises, all while they fed his ego and kissed his feet. Rampant staff turnover and leaks showed internal instability. With his defeat, the opportunists will abandon him, leaving only the true believers left. How influential they will be remains to be seen. 4. Even with all this, Biden barely pulled off a victory when it should have been a landslide win. That says a lot about the Democratic Party. hasanhh, Haji 2003 and notme 1

Quote Anthony Tata – a retired army brigadier general, novelist and Fox News commentator who called Barack Obama a “terrorist leader” – has taken control of the Pentagon’s policy department, following the resignation of the acting undersecretary of defence for policy, James Anderson. Tata had been unable to win Senate confirmation after old tweets surfaced in which he expressed virulent Islamophobic views. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/nov/11/downright-dangerous-democrat-alarm-as-trump-stacks-pentagon-with-loyalists The rest of the article deals with other appointments of people better known for their loyalty than professionalism. So, each of the four narrow difference states should form election support committees. One section to numerically check every vote by mail against the records the printers have. Postmarks included. A second section is to use pulp-and-paper technology to develop techniques to rapidly determine if a ballot is suspect (like a litmus test) and then confirm by chemical analysis. A third section to look for means that can be used to "pad: the votes. Such as how many ballots are 'the same' voting pattern. Such as number of straight-party votes; how many are 'Biden votes' and then straight Republican. Discarded ballots should be included in the analysis. By doing something like this, then the final vote tallies will not be so subject to speculation and suspicion. notme
