Salam o Alaikum,

Dear knowledgeable Sisters & brothers, Please tell me what is the short method for reciting Ziyarat e Ashura and Ziyarat e Al e Yasin on daily basis as some of its parts need to be recited 100 times and after that dua Alqama in ziyarat e ashur.  Is it nesessary  to recite dua after z. Ashure and z. Ale Yasin.

In my humble opinion these must be recited daily for divine blessings. Thanking in advance for replies.

Wa Alaikum As Salam,

Ziyarat e Waritha is usually considered the shorter version of ziyarat e Ashura but it is still recommended to offer a two rakaat prayer afterwards for the Imam. Also, there are different ways people recite the Salam and the curses on the enemies mentioned in ziyarat e Ashura. You can choose to recite them once with the intention that it is delivered 100 times or you can recite them 10 times with the same intention if you think that you would not be able to recite them 100 times. Some people also prefer to offer the prayers before they recite the ziyarah and some offer it afterwards, it depends.

I think ziyarat e Ale yaseen isn't mentioned as a recommended ziyarah after ziyarat e Ashura but I could be wrong on that. Ziyarat e Ale Yasin isn't that long in my opinion and can be recited under 5 minutes if you don't read the continuing dua afterwards.

Also, you have the option of listening to them as well and then performing the recommended acts afterwards when you have more time.

Wa Salam,
