Cousin issue

I have a cousin whom i have been long time best friends with since really young age and we still hang around here and there. Would it be haram to tell her i love her as a cousin (Cousin Love)

No, because you love her as a family member and not because you have romantic feelings for her.

How old are both of you?  I would advise against spending time with her alone. Do it in the presence of family only.

Why do you want to specifically  tell her that you love her? Isn't it understood that people care about their friends and the relatives they are close to?

That is certainly okay, if you have romantic feelings for her eventually, an Imam can marry you both if that is your intention and the relationship is Halal.  Be careful and wise, you should never do anything foolish.

Cousin love 99.9% happens to be one's first crush too. Just saying.

Yes, Islam allows cousin marriages, but if the OP is having romantic feelings for his cousin he can't just ask an Imam of the mosque to marry him to her. He should talk to his parents about her and they will discuss it with him. Perhaps they know reasons he should not marry her. Also some families, according to their culture, do not allow cousin marriages.
