Take uh one of dem dar are-tick-you-lay-shon courses and youz will speek gooder.

Why would I want to do that?  So I can sound like a midwesterner?  I already get "Ye ain't from around here!" in my hometown.  That would make it so much worse.  I'm an outcast everywhere I go.

I love southern accent.

Warning:  Contains stringed instrument music.  Do not click if you don't listen to background music in films.

This isn't me, and it isn't exactly like where I come from, but close:

I find the accent very endearing actually. Always wanted that one growing up watching American TV Shows.  I can just imagine camping in the great out doors, watching Grizzily bears, and living a wholesome, happy, traditional life.

I don't find it endearing in the slightest, even though I have a similar accent.  Besides, grizzly bears don't live in the South.

You want to do that? Move to Alaska, plenty of camping sites and grizzly bears and traditional, wholesome but very hard lifestyles. Although, I have warn you, what you see on TV is make-belief.

Black bears. I had a friend, who has since passed away, who was chased off a cliff by a black bear while camping alone after having an argument with his wife. He apologized to his wife.

But the rest of it might have been true before the mines shut down and the opium dealing "doctors" showed up.

@hasanhh If you post your voice I could probably guess your age.

At least you didn't ask me to sing.

l can't sing. When l try that it is  more like bawling like a sick calf.
