Wa aleykum assalam,

Here is a relatively short video series where seyyed Ammar Nakshawani goes thru the biographies of Rasulullah(S), Seyyeda Fatima(as) and the 12 Imams(as).

Listen to it while your going to school/work, at the gym, before you sleep, when you eat, etc.

What kind of books are you looking for? If you are looking for the big books of just hadith, I don't think they have been fully translated into English. There are just some books you have to read in their original languages. Or they can only be found in places like Iran's Hawza.

Thank u very much...i have seen this site..i couldnt find wht i am looking for..please help me

  1. If you know what you’re looking for, inquiry is unnecessary.
  2. If you don’t know what you’re looking for, inquiry is impossible.
  3. Therefore, your inquiry is either unnecessary or impossible. :D

It is never too late so have hope.

My advice is to start fresh and read http://m.almizan.org which is an amazing tafsir of the quran.

Stop listening to music if by any chance you already do. Pray 5 times a day with proper concentration.

And most importantly avoid sinning

You can read the sayings of the Prophet (S) without downloading. Scroll down to the Alphabetical Index and click on each letter of the alphabet:

You said you want to read the book Nahj Al-Fasahah, but now you ask if it's authentic? It's the sayings of the Holy Prophet (S). There are no chains of narrators. It's just his sayings that have been collected in alphabetical order.

You were probably looking for a more religious answer, but I assure you, you don't need to follow every little detail in the Sunnah to be a good person, nor do you need to constrain your thinking to a pretty narrow range of thought.

Explore your faith and understand its fundementals, then approach other views in their own forums, challenge them to a debate. Dawah has an immense reward, show the right path to those who lost it.

When you are on the al-islam.org homepage, you will see 6 categories which you can click on. Please see the image below:

Or if you are already reading a book at al-islam.org, on the top left is the word CATEGORIES. Click on that and a box opens with the names of the categories. See the image below:

@deeba1993 Salam. Studying one Imam (AS) in one year will take you 12 years to learn the basics. The book I recommend is about all 12 Imams AS, as well as Prophet Muhammad SA and his daughter Fatima Zahra AS. See the book, Story of the Holy Ka’aba And its People here:
