Asalamalekum,

If someone takes a Oath, Vow (Kasam) in the state of Anger, is the Oath valid or invalid?

Can you please quote the Ayatollah who's answer your referring to.

If due to the man's anger his free will or his intention (to vow) is negated, then the vow is invalid, and same thing for oath.

This is according to Sayyed Al-Sistani in Al-Masa'il Al-Muntakhaba and Minhaj Al-Saliheen.
