Surah At-Taghabun, Verse 13:

وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

This is the best way to deal with stress, rely on One which is Supreme in knowledge & power.

Know the following promises & find a single reason for stress if you developed TAQWA in yourself:

وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا

 وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا

 وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يُكَفِّرْ عَنْهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِ وَيُعْظِمْ لَهُ أَجْرًا

Stress or negativity is based on how you react to events or situations that occur in your life. Control the reaction and control the stress.

Prayer. Laughter. Food. See and do everything as if Allah is handing it to you on a silver platter... you'll be mesmerized by how many blessings surround us even though we have stress and anxiety. Remember Allah says: Ma'al 'usri yusra. With hardship comes relief. Not after it, not before it, no, with it.
