Angels After Judgement Day

Is there any information about what will happen to 4 arch angels (Gabriel, Raphael, Michael, Azrael) after judgement day? What purpose they shall serve?

Your question is invalid actually. Your first question should be " After judgement day , Allah will become Idle ? " Automatically you will get your  answer for the question which you asked. .

The angels will serve Allah SWT. Whatever Allah decides. 

Those whom take them in death the Angels (when they are) pure saying, "Peace (be) upon you. Enter Paradise for what you used (to) do." [Holy Qur'an 16:32]
