The Arabic word Habibi means "my love" so when someone calls a woman Bibi it is a sign of endearment or high respect.

Its an urdu word, rooted in arabic, for "lady". Lady as in the female version of a Lord.

so when we Say "Bibi Fatima (sa)" we are saying "Lady Fatima (sa)"
