Contemporary Orientalists

Salamun Alaykum.

I'm searching for contemporary (preferably alive) Western scholars (from Europe, US, Israel, etc.) who are famous for their deep researches on Shia school of thought (such as Etan Kohlberg, Schmidtke, Madelung and the like). Insha Allah the aim would be to write a critical treatise on their works.

So I would appreciate if you kindly share the names of these scholars whose works are widely spread and studied in the West.

Any name, book, website etc. would be of great help.

Not sure if you consider Najam Haider (http://www.najamhaider.com/) and Hossein Modarressi (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hossein_Modarressi) as orientalists or not, but they could be classed as Western scholars.
