Segregation

Salam

as far as I know, segregation is vital. You can't compare going to mosque to being in a state of ihram. They're two different things/states. Not to forget, before the house of God we are equal (just like on Judgement day). Sex, ethnicity, health, age, wealth,- it all doesn't matter.

Not sure what that has to do with the Fiqh behind it.The same House of God you are speaking about has different laws for different people.

Not to mention the Mosque is the House of Allah as well.

:salam:

he didn't ask for "the fiqh behind it". He simply asked, "how about the kaaba?". I only hoped to explain that the two matters are separate, that we are in different states and thus the same rules cannot be applied.

Brother, every mosque is the House of Allah. I was obviously referring to the Kaaba. If it wasn't as clear as I thought, I apologise. I'll write it out: I am speaking of the Kaaba.

The question is related to Fiqh... he is asking whether in the Kaaba segregation is vital.
