Q. Does this verse legalize Children marriage ?

وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِن نِّسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا (4)

And as for those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, in case you have any suspicion, then their (fixed) spell shall be three months, (along) with those who have not menstruated (as yet). And (as for) those with burden, (i.e., those who are pregnant) their term is when they bring forth their burden; and whoever is pious to Allah, He will make for him, of His Command, easiness.

It means those who have not menstruated while they are in the age of menstruation.

ibn kather tafseer say other wise , he say ..  يقول تعالى مبينا لعدة الآيسة - وهي التي قد انقطع عنها الحيض لكبرها - : أنها ثلاثة أشهر ، عوضا عن الثلاثة قروء في حق من تحيض ، كما دلت على ذلك آية " البقرة " وكذا الصغار اللائي لم يبلغن سن الحيض أن عدتهن كعدة الآيسة ثلاثة أشهر ; ولهذا قال : ( واللائي لم يحضن )

is it a wonder anymore why christans and kaffers call prophet Mohammed pbuh a pedophilia , I couldn't believe it so I went to look for taffsirs online and saw the ibn kather one , it's funny how sunnis criticize shia for mutah yet they allow child marriage , disgusting . 

 

I think any weak muslim in their faith who don't know much will turn to atheism when they come cross books like the one I found in the masjid . . I am so mad
