What is the difference between the adhan timings for Shia & Sunni muslims?

I have been making a script that calculates Ramadan timings for muslims across the world. The calculations are accurate upto 30 seconds because we are using google map api with upto 6 decimal digits but the major problem is the difference between the two believers.

 

Can someone tell me how the prayer times of Shia brothers and sunni brothers are calculated. What is the key factor that plays a major role in the difference of timings.

Thank you brother for the response but I am unable to get any formula that defines the situation. However I have understood the concept behind the difference. 

Will be glad if someone could explain it more deeply.
