More devices on same network affect the data downloads and uploads. So it does affect him even though he may some time notice or not notice it. Just ask him if you could use his wifi, he may not say no and share the password anyway.

I guess the only thing free you could get is air and light :)

It is essentially stealing and a good way to ruin someone's trust, sister, regardless of what you study and whether the wifi is free.

Heheh, it is evidently wrong. Internet access is a must for studying nowaday. You should either get a plan yourself or tell your parenrs to get an internet plan for home, because it is a very fundamental basic tool. It is not expensive either, usually.

What??? It took me some time to get over the shock after reading your reply...... you are not 18 yet and you find going out to recharge your internet every month too much to handle??? Young people have lots of time on their hand and ......both time and energy.....

Salam,

I did not like the hassle for signing up for contracts etc.

So I went up to my neighbour and told them I am willing to pay them a certain amount every month, to share their internet connection.

This way, I saved myself the hassle of contract, and they got to slash their bill.

Every month I would drop by to give them their share.

Go ask his permission. Or log off.

If someone entered your fridge and took some of your food would you consider it ok?  Let's say that person knows u have unlimited income for a year that supplies your food each month?  Most people who have a job and a budget know they will have enough income for food each month.

Hey, hey, hey! No need to be so rough! Poor boy knows his done wrong to someone.

And by the way your example (not saying the your argument) is totally different with his circumstance. In your example what the guy does is absolutely wrong, because he violates someone's access to quick food, and the privacy of their fridge (do we have such a thing? :-) ) He is not violating anyone's privacy nor blocking the neighbor from internt access.

Still, this is using someone's property, just like walking on their land or reading their books. You need to apologize unless it leads to a bigger sin or a great fight, in which case you just stop doing what you have done and try to make it up for that someone, and ask God's forgiveness for your and their sins.
