It is an issue of taqlid.

Sayed Sistani:

Question: What is your ruling about cat's hair on a person's dress during salat?

Answer: Cat's hair does not invalidate prayer.

But I believe the majority opinion is that it is not permissible to pray with cat hair on your clothes.

Sorry, when I first read the question, I thought it was alluding to something morbid, like wearing a coat made of cat's fur.

Never mind...............

I am not sure, but I think Sayed Ali Khamenei says you can't pray with cat fur on your clothes. Allah knows best, but I suggest you check in the website of your Marja

Salam Alaykum

Here is Ayt. Khamenei's fatwa:

Q 437: Does the existence of the hair or saliva of a cat on a person’s clothes cause his/her prayer to be invalid?
A: Yes, it invalidates the prayer.

But Ayt. Sistani says cat fur is not problematic for prayers.

If he is not one of above mentioned marjas say who your marja' is.

Well I'm pretty under age to have a marja3 yet but my mother follows sayed Mohammad Hussein fadlallah if that helps..

choosing a marja is obligatory as well as other Wajibat,(obligatory worshiping deeds.)

so before you ask about the conditions and other things related to multiple Fatwas you should pick one of the most learned Maraje as your marja  and follow him in your daily religious questions.

this link might help you

Do you mean that you're not Baliq yet?

I searched to see what Ayt. Fadlallah's view is in this regard. He also says that it is not problematic and you're salaat is valid.

(I saw that in the Arabic version of his resalah)arabic.bayynat.org
