you mean for news/ propaganda etc? why would they need to, channels like Press TV and anything in Lebanon show anything hezbollah need shown

Maybe because all these are now blocked in Europe and got kicked out of many mainstream satellites.

I dont think that having a separate sattelite will change that - you still need permission of cable channels etc before you can broadcast in a country
