Would This Be Zina?

If 2 people decide to recite the Nikah and the girl recites it but the guy forgets to say "I accept" but their intentions were to do Nikah. Is this Nikah valid?

And if they do the "act" afterwards, would it be Zina?

(salam)

As our brother says:

If  man and woman going to recite the Nikah themselves, without choosing a Wakil, in this case, man should express his agreement by words. In this case heart satisfaction is not enough.

But It is not necessary to say in Arabic Language and if he says any thing means "I accept", so it is true.

Salaam,

I referred to the risalas of some marji's and this is what I concluded:

This action is called "al-wat’i bi al-shubha", which means sexual relation established based on mistake. The woman should observe iddah, and then they can marry again.
