"Before this Adam, there were a thousand thousand Adams." By Imam Jafar Sadiq

-Bihar Al Anwar, Volume 2, Part (Baa, as in the second letter of the Arabic Alphabet)

From what I recall, al-Saduq included this one in his Kitab al-Tawhid.

Salam brother Tawheed313

1)

Jinn don't have blood.

Animals don't do corruption in the Earth. They eat what they need.

Here is an aya explaining there were other beings before us:

002:030 When your Lord said to the angels, ‘Indeed I am going to set a viceroy on the earth,’ they said, ‘Will You set in it someone who will cause corruption in it and shed blood, while we celebrate Your praise and proclaim Your sanctity?’ He said, ‘Indeed I know what you do not know.’

2)

These two ayas hint at other people before us

004:001 In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful. O mankind! Be wary of your Lord who created you from a single soul, and created its mate from it, and from the two of them scattered numerous men and women. Be wary of Allah, in whose Name you adjure one another and [of severing ties with] blood relations. Indeed Allah is watchful over you.
002:021 O mankind! Worship your Lord, who created you and those who were before you, so that you may be Godwary

3)

Here is an aya in which Allah swt informs us of other living creatures in the heaven

042:029 Among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and whatever creatures He has scattered in them, and He is able to gather them whenever He wishes.

(Salam)

It is said that the stages, mentioned in the Quran ----of Adam being breathed into by God, the prostration of angels towards him, the creation of Eve from him (mentioned in Hadith), Adam and Eve being sent to the Garden, and finally the fall of both of them into a lower world from the Garden---- are different stages of human existence. Each stage symbolizes a whole set of series (generations) of human beings. The first phase is generations of humans were those that were was united with God (indistinguishable), the second phase of mankind were distinguishable from God but were born perfect. The third phase of humans are those who were not born perfect but easily and naturally became perfect. And in the fourth phase are those humans who are characterized by the "fall". The fourth phase of mankind is the phase where not all humans are able to attain human perfection (it is phase where there is actually a need for revelation or reminders and prophets). We are part of "the end" of the fourth phase of mankind. The previous phases of human beings were not even of this world (or perhaps this world didn't exist like the way it does now, it was more like a paradise or Garden).

Sheikh Saduq has narrated a hadith in his book "Khisal" from Imam Sadiq (pbuh) in which he says: "When Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى created the earth, he created seven worlds in it (and made each one extinct); none of those worlds [generations] were of Prophet Adam’s generation. Allah created all of them from the earth’s crust and brought them one after another, and created a world for each one after the other, until He created Prophet Adam and ramified his generation from him.

For example there is a hadith narrated in "Tafsir Ayyashi" that reads: “Hesham ibn Salem says that Imam Sadiq (as) said: "If the angels hadn't seen the humans that shedded blood then why did they say " أَ تَجْعَلُ فِیها مَنْ یُفْسِدُ فِیها وَ یَسْفِکُ الدِّماءَ " [5] ". [6] (They have had to seen humans before to claim that humans shed blood, if not why would they ask Allah why he was creating such creatures?).

For example Sheikh Saduq narrates a hadith from Imam Sadiq (as) in his book Tawhid in which the Imam explains: "You may assume that God has not created any humans other than you, but this is not true because he has created thousands of thousands of humans before you and you are the last generation of humans". [9]

There is also another hadith in Khisal by Imam Sadiq (as) that says: "Allah has created twelve thousand worlds and every one of them is bigger than the seven skies and seven earths together, none of the people of these worlds ever think that Allah has created any other worlds". [10]

Was Prophet Adam the eighth person to live on earth?

other Adams existed before prophet Adam (as) could we also have ancestors from humans who existed before Adam (as)?

From I know it said that children of Adam had intermarriage between themselves that was not a sin for them at their situation by Order of Allah because they didn’t have access to other humans for marriage & spreading of human race but it become forbidden after enough number of humans spreaded from children of Prophet Adam (as) on earth also in weaker traditions said that for children of prophet Adam (as) wives from paradise hoodies created by Allah but i don’t find anything about their marriage with races before them .

the Cradle of Mankind is in Africa. This is the first religious authentication I have ever read that gives credence. I don’t know where Adam and Eve were situated or where the garden of Eden is but the first proto-Homo Sapiens came out of Africa. Atleast that is what evolutionary scientists have proven. Even Charles Darwin, whom Hitler justified his holocausts and genocides on just like all Europeans stated that life began in Africa and when he published that Europeans wanted to burn him on a stake. I always thought that religion and evolution were so diametrically opposed but this is the first readings I have ever read that make science and religious texts identical.

For those whom bash the bible as a corrupted because of Jesus let me educate you further: there is a story about Noah and his son Ham. I think Noah is the father of Ham (I stopped reading the bible centuries ago) and one day apparently Noah was intoxicated on wine and sleeping naked under a sheet or something and Ham removed the sheet and saw his father naked. As punishment apparently God, Lord of all the worlds, cursed Ham and his descendants whom would be dark ( Africans, Australian aborigines and the like) and would be slaves. You see Europeans justified the Atlantic slave trade using these biblical texts but its not just them. The Assyrians, the Syriac churches, chaldean churches and all these churches originating in the Middle East were the biggest proponents of the story of Ham. That said, I still don’t support christians of the middle east being wiped out though, its wrong no matter their evil corrupt religion has done to humanity. Ibn Khaldun would later debunk the whole myth of Ham and destroy it. Respect to that light of the mind, Ibn Khaldun. He said climate affects human beings hence that is why Nilotics (People of the Sudan or South Sudan are so dark, perhaps the tallest and darkest Africans that exist and will ever exist) that is why people of the Horn of Africa, Ethiopians, Somalians, Eritreans etc can have strikingly dark textures.

Life before Adam (عليه السلام) in the Quran.

He talks about the "several Adams" and that we are the "last of them". Never heard about the 70,000 planets though, quite interesting.

There are different Islamic theories and opinions on this matter—among the most popular are: 1.) some say Yemen (i.e. Aden = Eden), 2.) others say somewhere in NE Africa (perhaps Ethiopia) or 3.) Iraq (Mesopotamia) or India.

For the most part I agree with what Dr. Yasir Qadhi said here regarding the existence of other intelligent lifeforms in the universe from a Qurʾānic perspective—very succinctly put
