Mashallah very nice....

I want to know some thing, reporter claims to be descendant of Imam Zainul abedin(s) then how come he is sunni?

There are an uncountable amount of people who have descended from the Imams. There is a good possibility a lot of them arent Shia.

why would they chose to be sunni? specially if shia thinks sunni khalifah did zulm on ahlul bayt?

(salam) brother,

Firstly, they might be born into Sunni familes. Secondly, they might not find the Shi'a narrative convincing or an accurate representation of historical events.

1. They could have converted to Sunni Islam 2. They could have lived in Taqiyya for so long that the children might have grown up believing to actually be Sunni. Remember in Afghanistan there was a time period in which being a Shia was very dangerous, some people pretended to have become Sunni and this turned into reality for them.

Brother " Shia " is award not sect. We are " Muhib " if Imam claim us as his shia then only we can say we are shia , until then use Muhib.

I want to link this documentary I saw years ago to a sunni fellow I met online and I can not find it anywhere. May Allah curse the so-called freedom of speech of the west! It seems they have taken down all Iranian news and documentary accounts!

Don't worry bro, I think the fact that certain Sunni molanas are even able to complain about Shias IN their masjids is enough to prove that Sunnis are NOT oppressed in Iran. Also there are a lot of mosques in Iran, IIRC, the largest mosque in Tehran is Sunni.
