Sunnah Of The Turban

I was wondering if there are any rewards for wearing a turban to Jummah in the context of Shi'ism. In Sunni books, there is a hadith that states that if a man wears  a white turban to Jummah, two angels will seek forgiveness for him from the time of his entering the masjid till Maghrib.

 

Is there a similar belief for us? If so, then why don't more people practice it? Or does it only refer to the ulema?
