Your three questions are all based on the fallacious premise that:

It is God's right to order Khidr to kill or not to kill the boy.  What does "innocence" have to do with anything?  Why do you subject God to human standards of justice?

but you deny this right for Shia Imams although you accepted it  long life of Khidr (عليه السلام)  that even his name not mentioned same as Shia Imams directly in holy Qur'an but you don't accept it about any Shia Imam  specially about Imam Mahdi(aj) this is your paradox.
