Ideas For What To Cook For A Romantic Dinner?

Salam.

 

I was thinking to prepare a romantic dinner but don't know what to prepare. I can cook (and bake) but I'm not so great at pairing things or seeing what goes well together (as I prefer light meals and don't typically bother with a starter or dessert when cooking for myself). 

 

Anyone have any ideas for a starter/appetizer, main, and dessert (not chocolate or containing chocolate) that work well together?

If you want something ethnic, go with that. If you want something different, Italian is always a good choice. Some kind of pasta recipe and a Bruschetta with olive oil, tomatoes, basil, and garlic if you like it. Biscotti and tea for after dinner.

After having a look at some recipes, I've decided on the following:

 

As a starter/appetizer:
