I am a Shia revert, and i want to know if there is any calendar of the fasting dates according to the lunar calendar that are recommended and mandatory for the followers of the ahlulbayt.

that was written by grand ayatollah Sistani. if there any other?

Salam. Welcome to the school of Ahlulbayt. And welcome to the forum.

 

The mandatory fasting days are only the days of the month of Ramadan. And the recommended days are many, such as Mondays and Thursdays.

 

You can study the "Mustahab/Recommended Fasts" in the page which you shared. And Nope, its author is someone else. What you shared is a part of the book; Masa'il Fiqhiyya (Questions on Jurisprudence) by Sayyid Abd al-Husayn Sharaf al-Din al-Musawi.
