Why Does True Love Hurt So Much? Also..

Sometimes the feeling of rejection hurts because...at least in this world, acceptance is all we ever want.

Though, rejection doesnt necessarily mean either individual is a failure. Sometimes people just aren't compatible. The vast majority of people in this world "love and loss", so you arent alone. You just have to move on, and try again.

There are many to be loved, but those who do not love thee, do not deserve thou.

Move thine to greener pastures, where real love awaits thou.

In sorrow, man found thine self,

In glory, man lost thy self,

Now move forward, from sorrow to glory, as thou has found thine self. ( M )

It is hard. You really like someone but they don't like you in the same way. It does hurt. It stays in your mind a while. Hard to forget about. But its also a blessing. If she really wanted you as much as you like her, she would have come around. If not, its a blessing because you were saved from marrying or falling in love with someone who never shared the same loyalty and affection. As babydoll points out. :)

What is M?

OP: Unless youre in a serious relationship/marriage with someone and have to face many trials with them, you are not really feeling love for a person of the opposite gender, what you feel is attraction and lust which comes and goes.

Feelings are fickle. Many who have loved and lost grieve for years. and yet people live on... you'll be fine :)

The question is how they live. Life is no more the same for them. Nothing hurts more than losing your love. And the hurt stays forever. They say its better to have loved and lost than to never have loved. But thats rubbish. Its better not to have loved than to have loved and lost because its not worth it.

why you don't give her some time?

women change their decisions so much, specially when guys put pressure on them to made decision they can be determined . not being determined  is different with rejecting someone!

it happened to me few times, when guys were in rush to know my feelings about them, I just rejected!

but don't forget attachment!

attachment is a very important factor. if you can make a girl attached to you, she will never give up being with you easily. Ofc unless she finds someone better! ^_^  :P

why is it when she is in love with you deeply, you don't feel the same way

and when you do, she is bored with you and as moved on?

Ah sweet depression..

From what you describe, honestly, it sounds too fickle to be love and sounds more like infatuation. Personally, I find it unlikely that people "get bored and move on" from someone they seriously love at the drop of a hat.
