here a couple of questions related to this whole pineal gland and fluoride business:

 

1. if this is something more recent, fluoride being added to water and other food, it would imply that people of the past should all have had their pineal gland activated... turns out they were just like us?

 

2. Pineal gland is not mentioned anywhere in Islam as far as i know. Spirituality is not exactly based on a part of the body. if anything Islam emphasizes on having a pure heart... Islam's whole emphasis is on maintaining purity as they key to spirituality.

 

3. Even if fluoride is harmful to the body or a part of our brain, Inner purity and should surely be able to overcome such obstacles?
