****He does not mean Ahlul Sunnah is the enemy as a whole, but those who hide behind it (ISIS and like), extremists, killing and slaughtering all, women and children, destroying shrines and mosques, taking over cities.

Please do not try to tell us what Sayed means as if he is a child that can't formulate his own thoughts.

You don't know exactly what he means. You're twisting his words.

Thanks.

It is not that. It is a common Shia practice. If your mosque offers a fiqh session after prayer or some summer classes, you'd notice that the scholar will start with reciting the rule from the Risalah Amalyiah then ho will go about explaining it. He will explain the fiqh terms, the misconceptions , the apparent contradictions, the finest details as if shia audience are all a hawzah students. Shia scholars respect their audience and wants them to understand the rule as if they are scholars themselves.

The fatwah had been explained in Najaf and Karbala shrines, in Hawza and local iraqi Mosques. Everyone should understand it as if they were scholars.

It is not treating Sayyed as a child, it is the scholars who are highly respecting the Shia audience and not treating them like children who should obey without deep understanding.

You are pretty ignorant my dear friend. If you think I'm wrong then I challenge you to prove me wrong by contacting his twitter and Facebook and asking him if he meant all Sunnis or the extremists. When he answers link me.

I never said you were factually wrong. I said that Sayed can speak for himself.

IbnSohan, the difference is that Sayed isn't a far away marja` that can't defend himself. Sayed is the actual speaker. Speaking for the speaker is ... Pointless.
