Deep Breathing

A person takes breaths around 20,000 times a day. And breathing deeply or at least taking good breaths is highly recommended to improve health in many noticeable aspects.

Slightly leave mouth open, and breath through your nose to flow oxygen throughout your lungs and to your brain.

It will improve your mood, maintain healthy organs, assist in fat loss, improve mood, relieve stress

Make sure to breathe through your nose because nose hairs will stop unwanted particles from entering the body
