OPINE: l posted a few years back that there are computer programs that Iook for vulnerabilities in programs and services. Why ain't the Pentagon's email services better protected? We would believe that those bell-hops could develop something besides throwing out money to those talking-heads on the Beltway, but no, that ain't the case. What was it Andy Rooney asked when at the start of Desert Shield, the 'pantigon' was whinning that Saddam lnsane had better artillery than we did? 0h, l remember, "What the Hell have we been paying for all these years?"
