What's The Longest You've Lived In One Place?

This seems like a neat question so I thought id ask here. What's the longest you've lived in a single place?

It can be either a house or an apartment. For me its been 10 years in my parents house. :)

I've lived with my parents for 15 years(all my life). The most I lived in one house was 8 years, in our previous house.

I have lived alone for the last 6 years. Prior to that lived at university for 4 years, and prior to that, spent the first 18 years of my life living with family. Moved back home from university for a short time and announced to my family i wished to move out. Being unorthodox that I moved out before marriage, my entire family took it very very hard, and thought I no longer loved them. My parents and grandparents took it the worst.

I honestly dislike living alone sometimes though due to the feelings of loneliness and sadness that kicks in there after.

I lived in the same small house most of my childhood - 14 years from when I was 3 until I moved out when I was 17. As an adult the longest I've lived anywhere has been 5 years, and 4.5 years in another place, but usually I've been in one place less than 2 years.

I lived for quite a while in paradise. Then some woman convinced her husband that she just HAD to eat from some God forsaken tree and ruined it all for everyone. :(
