salam

anyone here know a good book on arabic grammar and islamic phrases to learn "the arabic of our books".

for example they had different phrases and slangs to that time

and its very important to know the language with all that grammatical rules to extract important meanings.

so i would like to hear some reviews of arabic books and how they helped you.

i think the price shouldnt play a too important role because the really important thing is learning our religion.

(bismillah)

Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah

I don't know any books in Arabic as the only Arabic books I've read are those from my school  :D

But I know a really good free online lesson you may want to take a look at:

http://www.learnarabiconline.com/

It's a very nice webpage , as the lessons are divided very clearly and considerate

I believe you will be able to read and write at the end of these lessons , and probably understand pretty much from the holy Quran by reading it , but you probably won't be able to talk and make sentences (I still can't , after 6 years Arabic in school)

Insha'Allah this helped you
