Ghairil maghDHoobi alayhim walaDHaaleen.

salam

Please people, stop doing the same mistake again and again. You are misleading people.

It's NOT "dh" it's "dd".

The "dh" as you wrote can be pronouced in "sirat al ladhina", but "Maghddoubi" or "Ddalin" have a much more like a D from the throat.

So we don't even make the sound of z? Just d and h.

Can it be waladzaaleen. Or no.

No and no.

No Homer Simpson's "DHow", and no dzzz.

It's not really 'dd' either. It's difficult to express Arabic pronunciation using English letters.

you are absolutely right brother, it is hard to retranscript such letters, the problem is that many brothers, mostly iranians pronounce this "dd" like "dh", and tend to finish with a "z" in certain words, the most frequent being "As samawati wal Arz" or "Abal Fazl".

Its more of a strong D while using old arabic but modern arabic and depending on where you are Duad has a light DH sound. So like in surah Fatiha it would be a strong D. If you were listening to a latmiya most of the time, there is a DH sound for duad.
