Similar to other themes about news and such,

Which World leader do you most admire for their sense and skill.?

Me, I say Angela Merkel as she is the calmest and thoughtful. Commentators say that comes from her being a physicist.

Ws,

It is really hard to pick one, but one president who stands out amongst all of them is Uruguay's José Mujica. I've read on many news outlet of him giving away 90% of his income as charity, lives a simple austere lifestyle making a living off his own farm. Here's a photo:

Here's another very striking photograph of him that went viral on the internet [drawing attention to the stark contrast to those sitting slick in their very corporate suits and he attired casually and in sandals]:

But as I mentioned earlier, it is difficult to pick a leader. Everybody has some good traits as well as flaws. With all the charity and humbleness, José exudes, I've heard he is backing up legalizing cannabis...

Nobody who is fallible should rule the whole world. Power is too corruptive. No matter how well intentioned they started, they would become a monster before it all ended.

I'll explain that later. What madhhab are you following now?

I follow Islam.

Allah, Quraan, Prophet Muhammed(s).

do I qualify for some thing now?

My first thought was no one, but then Germany's Merkel came to my mind also... for the same reasons.

... but then, I once liked Tony Blair too....

Merkel? What the c.rap is that all about?

Since Seyyed Ali Khamenei and SHN are the obvious answers, I will list some secondary answers:

The above two individuals, along with these guys, comprise my "Starting 11" of world leaders:

- Nicolas Maduro - torch-bearer of the Bolivarian movement

- Evo Morales - kind of the Ahmadi of Latin America

- Rafael Correa - charming, charismatic anti-imperialist voice

- Raul Castro - by association with his brother, pretty much

- Bashar al-Assad - the last Arab head of state with honor

- Vladimir Putin - If only Russia had uncovered this gem in 1985 instead of being stuck with the Gorbachev-Yeltsin disaster

- Alexander Lukashenko - Mini-Putin for mini-Russia

- Xi Jinping - Now that the economic reforms of Deng have made China into an economic power, they needed to dial it back ideologically to prevent their culture from being subverted. Xi is doing that, although I lack knowledge about how sincere he is.

- Daniel Ortega - Nicaragua's revolution coincided with Iran's, almost. In fact, their leaders met with Imam Khomeini, I believe.

I have to admit that I like Putin and Xi also. I want to look-up Jose Mujica as I never heard of him.

I am not really surprised that nobody wrote Obama. He has turned into a clown. Obama does demonstrate, once again, that in a democratic vote, 'likeability' is not enough.

Bashar al-Assad? What?

Yes, Bashar al-Assad.

The Bashar al-Assad whose rule coincided with universal free housing, health care, and education for all Syrians

Bashar al-Assad the son of Hafiz al-Assad who spat in the face of the joke Arab League and Saddam

The same Bashar al-Assad whose government guarantees that Syrians can live in peace and not shown favor or prejudice because of religion or sect

The same Bashar al-Assad who is stamping out the contagion of Salafism

The same Bashar al-Assad who has been a staunch supporter of the Resistance in Lebanon from Day 1

The same Bashar al-Assad who has stood against Zionist aggression and has stood by the Palestinian cause no matter how many Palestinian parties betray Syria

etc...

I thought all of that was self-explanatory but I suppose not.

Since you go for Merkel, I'd go for King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia and Mahmud Ahmadinejad.

Because they made a beautiful political couple, visited each other and had a friendly relationship with each other although they had completely different political and religious worldviews.
