Sahih Bukhari Or Sahih Abu Hurairah?

Shahih Bukhari has 7275 hadith(narrations) that 4000 of it narrated by Abu Hurairah ( Cat's Father)

 

He was a Jew before convert to Islam 

Quran 5:82 You will surely find the most intense of the people in animosity toward the believers [to be] the Jews and those who associate others with Allah; 

He convert to Islam in last 4 years of Muhammad's life but he narrated around 503000 hadith(narrations) from Muhammad. 

You can find 4000 narrations of Abu Hurairah in Sahih Bukhari( the most reliable book of Sunnis) but you can find 20 narrations of Imam Ali although he was the first muslim and was always beside the prophet. 

Imam Jafar as-Sadiq said: There was 3 persons who says lies about the messenger of Allah, Abu Hurairah, Anas ibn Malik, and a woman

 

 

Sunnis say some Joks about him for example:

he has good memory

he was jobless so he was always beside the messenger of Allah

he lived a long time after Muhammad

he was the best friend of Umar, Uthman, Muawia!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

give me the answer and good critic about him because if you can show that he was a liar then they will be silence forever...

Abu Harairah has narrated so many hadith, but under my understanding he was only with RasoolAllah (pbuh) for only about three years, yet he narrated over 5,000 hadith. Do the math, on average that is 4 traditions or hadith a day. This seems inconcievable to me, but Allah ÓÈÍÇäå æÊÚÇáì knows best. I just don't see how all of these can be Sahih. However, Sunni say that Allah (swt) granted him the miracle of memory. Allah (swt) knows best :)

I don't understand why you felt it necessary to mention he was a Jew before converting to Islam.

All of the Sahabah, and the Prophet himself (SAW) were not Muslims before Islam. And what does the Quran say about Pagans? No, I'm not trying to insult any Sahaba or Prophet Muhammad (SAW) or saying Abu Hurayrah is equal to the Prophet (SAW), I'm just saying that it's irrelevant to bring up his religion before Islam.

It's just an unreasonable to assume every single narration by him is a lie than it is to assume they are all authentic.

You should not try to discredit him by the number of Hadith he's narrated but rather by the quality of them. Which means somebody has some reading to do ;)

It honestly doesn't exactly make very much sense to me. Not only was Imam Ali the first to be a muslim and follow the message of the Prophet, But the Prophet Muhammed also raised him since he was born. Narrations tell us that the Prophet himself, Hamza, and Abbas went to Abu Talib when Ali was born and asked for them 3 to raise his children instead of himself, therefore Imam Ali was raised by the prophet himself. My only question is why Imam Ali only had around 400 hadiths in his life time? Abu Huraiyah's beautiful memory is a great thing as some people say he has, but he wasnt always around the prophet, as much as his grandson Ali at least.

1. Abu Hurayrah's narrations aren't used by non-Muslims to say the Prophet SAW is a pedophile (astaghfirullah).

2. The Hadith about Banu Qurayza betrayed Muhammad SAW and so their punishment for their crime was from their own book.

3. I don't know very much about Muawiyah. The "rulers" I accept right now are Abu Bakr (RA), Umar (RA), Uthman (RA), and Ali (RA).

4. Wahhabi's are not my friends.

5. Umar (RA) made a mistake by reading the Torah and Muhammad SAW warned him against it afterwards.

6. Where did you read that Umar (RA) only allowed Ka'ab to narrate hadith?

7. I'm an idiot because I don't think that every narration by Abu Hurayrah is unauthentic because he was a Jew before converting to Islam? Abu Hurayrah was obsessed (for lack a better word) with Muhammad SAW. His job was to narrate everything Muhammad SAW did and said. That is why there are so many hadith. You do a lot of actions and say a lot of things in 3 years, especially being a Prophet! Does that mean every narration by Abu Hurayrah is authentic and 100% correct? Moreover, the conduct of `Umar ibn al-KHATTAB contradicts the justification of Ibn Hazm. It is known that `Umar was fond of the narratives of the Ahl al-Kitab as well as the Jews who converted to Islam and still kept the Torah, especially Ka`b al-Ahbar who brought to `Umar a book, whose edges were torn due to oldness, comprising the Torah and asked for permission to read it;(This text demonstrates that Ka`b al-Ahbar came to `Umar after converting to Islam and during his reign.) hence, `Umar permitted him to read it day and night.( Ibn Salam: Gharib al-Hadith 4:262; al-Harbiy: Gharib al-Hadith 3:95: al-Nihayah al-Athiriyyah 2:468.) According to another narration, Ka`b al-Ahbar said to `Umar ibn al-KHATTAB, "In the Torah, it is written that this land, which was inhabited by the children of Israel (i.e. the Israelites), would be conquered at the hands of a virtuous man." On hearing this, `Umar thanked Almighty Allah.(Tarikh Dimashq 5:162)

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar also said to `Umar, "In the Torah, we read that 'Woe to the king of the earth from the King of the Heavens." `Umar added, "Except those who watch themselves." Ka`b al-Ahbar commented, "I swear by Him Who grasps my soul; it is written in the Torah in this very form (i.e. with the addition of `Umar)." `Umar thus raised his sound with 'Allahu Akbar' and

When a man, who had absented himself in a hole in a mountain for four days, claimed that he had entered Paradise, `Umar ibn al-KHATTAB summoned Ka`b al-Ahbar and asked him, "Can you see in your books that a man belonging to our nation would enter Paradise and then come out of it?"

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar said, "Yes, I have read such a thing and, further, I can tell which one is that person if he is now among you."

 

`Umar said, "Yes, he is among us."

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar looked at the attendants and then pointed at the man!(Yaqut al-Hamawiy: Mu`jam al-Buldan 4:386.)

 

One day, `Umar ibn al-KHATTAB summoned Ka`b al-Ahbar and asked, "How am I described (in the Torah)?"

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar answered, "You are described as an iron age."

 

"What comes next?" asked `Umar.

 

"Then will come a caliph killed by an unjust faction," answered Ka`b al-Ahbar.(Al-tabaraniy: al-Mu`jam al-Kabir 1:84; al-Haythamiy: Majma` al-Zawa'id 9:65 (He adds: Al-tabaraniy has reported this narration whose series of narrators is trustworthy.))

 

"What comes next?" asked `Umar.

 

"Then will come ordeals!" answered Ka`b al-Ahbar.

 

Furthermore, `Umar ibn al-KHATTAB sought the advice of Ka`b al-Ahbar in the most serious question of the Islamic nation; he consulted him about the leadership of the ummah, saying, "What is your opinion about the leadership of `Alia I need your conception in this regard."

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar answered, "From the aspect of personal opinions, he is not fit enough. This is because he is very strict in the religious affairs. He never overlooks any flaw, never shows mercy in any mistake, and never acts upon his personal opinions."(Ibn Abi'l-Hadid: Sharh Nahj al-Balaghah 12:8)

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar also came to `Umar ibn al-KHATTAB to inform him about his eminent death as mentioned in the Torah. He said to him, "You should, Amir al-Mu'minin, prepare your will, for you will die in three days."

 

"How do you know?" `Umar asked.

 

Ka`b al-Ahbar answered, "I read that in the Book of Allah-the Torah!"Tarikh al-tabariy 3:264.

 

In addition, al-Bukhariy has recorded, in his book of Sahih, narrations that

 

Umar was so curious about bible. Jew chose the name "Faroq" for him

and Ibn Kasir said:

عمر بن الخطاب بن نفيل بن عبد العزى ... أبو حفص العدوي ، الملقب بالفاروق قيل لقبه بذلك أهل الكتاب

عمر بن الخطاب ... ملقب به فاروق ، ‌گويند كه اهل كتاب اين لقب را به عمر دادند .

Have you forgotten or has the prayer been shortened?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Neither have I forgotten, nor has it been shortened." They (the people) said, "Surely, you have forgotten, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Dhul-Yadain has told the truth." So the Prophet (ﷺ) got up and offered other two rak`at and finished his prayer with Taslim. Then he said Takbir, performed a prostration of ordinary duration or longer, then he raised his head and said Takbir and performed another prostration of ordinary duration or longer and then raised his head and said Takbir

According to our knowledge Dhul-Yadain, was the companion who talked with the Prophet about forgetting the prayer, Dhul-Yadain martyred long time ago even Abu Hurairah was not Muslim yet.

Narrated Abu Hurairah - Rasualullah (SAW) said, "No prayer is harder for the hypocrites than the Fajr and the 'Isha' prayers and if they knew the reward for these prayers at their respective times, they would certainly present themselves (in the mosques) even if they had to crawl." The Prophet added, "Certainly I wish to order the Mu'adh-dhin (call-maker) to pronounce Iqama and order a man to lead the prayer and then take a fire flame to burn all those who had not left their houses so far for the prayer along with their houses." (Sahih Al-Bukhari Volume 1, Book 11, Hadith # 626)

 

Think for yourselves. Could the chosen Messenger of Allah, a person as tender hearted as our beloved Prophet (SAAW) give orders to carry out arson .. burning the homes of those who for whatever reasons didn't or couldn't go to the masjid for Fajr and Isha prayers? When the Noble Quran clearly states that "there is no compulsion in religion," could the Prophet violate this dictate and the other similar Quranic ethics and give instructions to commit such an act? Of course the answer is NO, NEVER.

Anas was the second liar

Narrated Anas:

The Prophet (ﷺ) used to go round (have sexual relations with) all his wives in one night, and he had nine wives.

that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).

We have some other shameful narrations from Bukhari but we do not want to mention more ,we just want to say here unfortunately all those sexual stories about the holy Prophet(pbuh) and others, like adult suckling etc came from Ayesha (wife of the Prophet).

All those narrations which we mentioned above, Is this not an insult of the holy Prophet (pbuh)???

 

 

 

I want to look at a few examples of these apparent infallible ahadiths and ask whether they appear to make much sense, let alone whether the Holy Prophet could have narrated such sayings. To begin with, the Holy Prophet apparently narrated several ahadith about Prophet Moses. Various Sunni books quote Abu Hurairah talking about Prophet Moses:

The Angel of Death used to come to people visibly, but when he came to Prophet Moses to take his life, Moses slapped him, gouged his eye, and sent him back to God one-eyed. After this accident, the angel of death went to people invisibly!

Another wonder of Abu Hurairah's was the competition between Moses and the rock. Moses put his cloths on the rock to swim in the sea away from people. The rock ran away with Moses' cloths in order to force him to follow it nakedly as he was born in front of the Israelites in order to refute the rumor saying that Moses had a hernia. Moses ran after the rock shouting: “O, rock, my cloths. O rock, my cloths.” The rock stopped after ending its task. Moses began beating the rock with his stick severely until he made some scars in the rock.

And another one about an ant that pinched prophet Moses. Moses ordered his followers to burn the village of the ants. Then Allah inspired to him: “Because of an ant that pinched you, you burnt a nation, which pleased Allah!”

Another tradition, this time about Prophet Solomon who said: “I will go to bed with a hundred women tonight that every one of them will give birth to a boy, who will fight for the sake of Allah.” The angel asked him to say inshallah. He did not say. So no one of his wives gave birth to a baby save one, who gave birth to half a human being!

Salim, the freed slave of Nasriyyin, said: I heard Abu Huraira as saying that he heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: O Allah, Muhammad is a human being. I lose my temper just as human beings lose temper, and I have held a covenant with Thee which Thou wouldst not break: For a believer whom I give any trouble or invoke curse or beat, make that an expiation (of his sins and a source of) his nearness to Thee on the Day of Resurrection. (Sahih Muslim, Book 32, Number 6293)

Allah's Apostle said, "When the Adhan is pronounced Satan takes to his heels and passes wind with noise during his flight in order not to hear the Adhan. When the Adhan is completed he comes back and again takes to his heels when the Iqama is pronounced and after its completion he returns again till he whispers into the heart of the person (to divert his attention from his prayer) and makes him remember things which he does not recall to his mind before the prayer and that causes him to forget how much he has prayed." (Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 11, Number 582)
