Recieving Help And Aid From Ahlulu Kitab Or Kuffar

Al salam alaikum wa ra7matullah wa barakatuh

 

Is it ok for a muslim to get aid generally from the ahlul kitab, and what about in poverty?  and what about the kuffars?

 

 for example with money, food, drinks etc? 

Please! Give referance to Qur'an with correct tafseer, and hadiths :)
