Well Baji , you need to type [.member=name] (without the period) and it will turn into a link to their profile. Problem is, Ali Musa has an annoying name that turns into:

 

Ali Musaaa :)

 

When I type it and it doesn't look professional ^.^. So to use the method I did; type something, highlight it then click on the 'link' button and paste your link in the box. That will convert the text to a link. The link in my case was Ali Musa's profile link.

 

The reason I'm explaining this is because we practically live on this forum (at least I do :P) and we should know how to use it.
