As I understood, he's talking about the complexities of hujjiyya to a hadith is not just tareeq and all this other stuff. There's sihha of the book which is different than sihha of the tareeq and then there's sihha of the content, etc. Also that the turath of Ahl al-Bayt [as] is something based generation by generation, not just single man by man. 

 

My favorite part was "Ahl al-Sunnah...Ahl al-Khilaf wa al-Sultana"

Who is this sheikh? Well known or?

 

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Hamid Al-Sanad Al-Bahrani (ha) is a well known and well read scholar, who comes from Bahrain, he has over 30 books to his credit, from topics of ta'rikh (like imam al-husayn ibn 'ali ('as) shaja'at wa fayada wa hikmat al-siyasat) to books of rijal dirayah and hadith (like his buhuth fi mabani ilm al-rijal), to books of 'aqa'id (like al-imamiya al-ilhiya), to books of tafsir (like tafsir malaham al-muhkamat). He studied under major scholars, like Syed Ruhani, Mirza Hashim Amuli, Syed Gulpaygani, and many others, His books and ideas in Diraya are rather unique at parts, and he is very well versed in it. May Allah extend his life. He's also the guy in Dar'ul's picture.
