What is your definition of conscience? Always trying to go against the grain? ... which in the case of the two individuals you mentioned, actually meant spewing the same old tired, cliched, ill-thought, illogical talking points? If they are the conscience of shiachat, CNN is the conscience of the world. And I would rather put a bullet between my eyes than live in a world where CNN is the conscience.

 

If anything, these two individuals are cautionary tales on the dangers of heedless wannabe intellectualism; on why it is important to always put premium value on the opinions and conclusions of those who are wiser than yourself, even if your own opinions differ from theirs.

Brother Darth Vader, Sister ABK (She happen to increase my farsi vocab, like a teacher to me), Sister KeZ (despite a lot of

 

opinion differences), Brother Marbles (for his photography :) ), Brother HamzaTR, Brother Baradar_Jacson, Brother TheIslam History,

 

.............., sorry to those I forgot.

 

I like some among them for their akhlaq, some of them for being knowledgeable, some or being up-to-date on current issues, some for

 

bringing smiles on fellow SCers.
