I have a blood test tomorrow, if possible could someone tell me if my fast would still be valid. I follow ayatollah makarem shirazi, if that helps.

When taking out blood, doctors and nurses will force the patient to eat sugar because blood level will go down. I don't think you can fast tomorrow after giving some blood.

There is no problem with fasting. If however, the blood loss makes you really dizzy that you need to break the fast the you can break it. Normally they only take a little bit of blood for blood tests. My brother had this question earlier in the month and I checked Ayatollah Makarem's website and consulted with a scholar to confirm

In Blood Test, only half or less syring is required, so no low level of sugar level in this regards, therefore, fast is not void.

You can fast, the OP.
