1. Challenge Fear
"Run from what’s comfortable. Forget safety. Live where you fear to live. Destroy your reputation. Be notorious."
6. Embrace Setbacks
"If you are irritated by every rub, how will you be polished?"
8. Learn From Suffering

Bismehe Ta3ala,

Assalam Alikum.

All of us go through difficulties, but the difference is how we all respond to it. When to use patience as the answer and when to stand up for what is your right. Are there any other responses?

It is easy for a person to not interact with people and avoid people all together. The challenge IS to interact with society and especially in the household the family is unavoidable.

I know I'm speaking in general terms. Everybody's situation is different and under different circumstances. So, what is my point in posting?

How does one use reason over emotion? How does one stay patient in a time of anger? How does one tell the self not to be responsive to people you must interact with due to the fear of losing something else. For example, a boss; afraid to lose your job. A professor; a fear of losing a grade. It's the one who has the upper stick or power that has something you want or need and you have to deal with there presence.

Looking forward to your responses.

M3 Salamah, FE AMIN Allah
