My Personal Research And Information On Shia Sunni

Hi guys i dont know what you will think after reading this I AM syed and i am sunni but i do and believe which i find really athentic to QURAN SUNNAH AND HADIS. Some people ask you are syed but sunni so ask them do any IMAM(A.S) was shia or sunni Or wahabi ? Than they have no ans and than i ask them you are also sunni and i am also ahl e tashi. YOu also follow Porphet Muhammad (pbuh) and i love Panjtan pak so why do we fight ? on the non issue topics how to pray or how to respect our ahle bait. IN SHORT why people call the shia or sunni is just there believe and it doesnot mean that if i am shia than i am a syed or if i am sunni i am a syed i am muslim i am son from family of PBUH thats y i am syed just not of what i believe or what i do now its my personal thinking to which i thik its wrong or right. so what you say guys ? do i am true or wrong

You're right to an extent, we shouldn't be exaggerating our differences. Both of us believe in Quran and Prophet's household.

Where we do differ is, in the face of conflicting narrations (Sunnah), who do we trust and take narrations from. Some say from the Prophet's infallible family as the Prophet asked, others say they'll go with the Prophet's companions.

Yes to me you are right; however, you being a Syed has nothing to do with your conclusion, we are all Muslims with our identity/family tree/genes intact, following a different Jurisprudence would not change something hereditary.

Basic common sense.
