Dude, what you have left for us to mention anyway! But here you go:

Firni (prefer simple kheer)

Mutanjan (mildly sweet the better)

Rass malai (makes me fat)

meetha puratha (once in a blue moon)

Aloo ki kheer (smooth and silky)

Doodh mesu (crave it right now, good one only to be found in Sadiqabad, District Rahim Yar Khan)

Sohan Halwa (Multani specialty, in abundant supply)

Kaju ka halwa (too expensive)

anjeer ka halwa (don't like it)

khajoor ka halwa (not my type)

Pistay ka halwa (tried it the other day, ok)

Pasanday

Pasandy, don't confuse it with meat pasandy curry. This is a variant of shahi tukray. Shahi tukray have tons of yellow zafari sheera, pasandy are little dry version of it. Taste slightly different too, one is served cold, other is at room temp. Shahi tukra are also little bit more high class like served in weddings and so, pasandy are awami version so to say.

Kaju katri -it's a cashew mithai most expensive and tasty mithai so far

Ras malai - round shape dry malai with sweet fruity milk

Maalpua- incredible pakis doesn't know Maalpua?

Ramzan is incomplete without it, it's made ith anda shapes like omlet, full of oil Ramzan special.

Varti samosa-sweet samosa with chaasni

Kaju katri and maalpua is a Must try.

You are forgetting 'lagi hoi kheer' served in clay pots, little bit burned flavor, really dense. Has a class of its own.

Since its winter nobody mentioned yet the:

Qulfi

Falooda

They have something of this sort in Sind, forgot its name?

I'm sure you could come up with more.

Leme provoke my thought process :D

I am kinda distracted with the office work too. So it might take some time. :D

How about jalebi?? Has anyone mentioned that before??? Hebs do you mean jalebi above???

Naa, it's not jalebi---It's made with meda kneaded with milk and some finely julienned dried fruits, then given the shape of Jaali---like criss/ cross, having fried in a pan it is dipped in a teen tar sheera---

Rewari sweets

Bedana Sweets(I cheated on this one. Asked my friends. I call them little colorful balls accompanying namak parai) :D

Kulfi falooda / turiyoon wali kulfi - Not sure what the official name is, but it is delicious

Cham cham - I grew up stuffing myself with it and I still think it is the best mithai ever. When I was young I thought Cham Cham was a kids mithai and that I'd eat more intense and grown up kind of mithais when I'd get older.. Lol

Lol has anyone had Pakistani chocolates here? I've had Now candy bar and Jubliee.. Not very nice, but I think that's just because I've got other chocolates to compare them to. Jubliee is a version of mars as far as I can remember.
